Do you excel at managing the complex and fast-paced needs of senior leadership? We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Executive Assistant to support our newly appointed Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs). As part of an Executive Assistant team, you will also have the opportunity to collaborate with other EAs to jointly support our Leadership team, providing occasional assistance across the group as needed. What’s the job all about?

As the Executive Assistant to our Executive Vice Presidents (EVPs), you’ll be more than just a gatekeeper—you’ll be the strategic partner who keeps things running like clockwork. Your keen organizational skills, quick thinking, and ability to anticipate needs will empower our executives to focus on what they do best. From high-level coordination to tactical support, your role is pivotal in ensuring they stay ahead in a competitive landscape.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?

You’ll juggle a variety of high-level tasks, including:

  • Administrative Mastery: Manage inboxes, screen messages, handle complex correspondence, and stay on top of high-priority communications,
  • Calendar and Agenda Guru: Seamlessly coordinate and schedule international meetings, juggle priorities, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks,
  • Presentation & Data Expert: Craft impactful presentations, gather critical data, and contribute to strategic discussions and decision-making,
  • Project Leadership: Take the reins on projects that streamline processes, optimize EA workflows, and improve travel systems,
  • Event Architect: Lead the organization of leadership meetings, company events, and internal gatherings, all while maintaining flawless execution,
  • Travel & Expense Whiz: Arrange global travel logistics, track and manage expenses, and support the approval process for direct reports,
  • Stakeholder Connector: Act as the key point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining smooth communication and alignment.
  • Team Collaborator: Partner with other Executive Assistants to drive shared projects and contribute to broader company initiatives.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for a proactive, high-energy individual who thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. If this sounds like you, you’ll likely have:

  • Relevant higher vocational degree, ideally in Management Assistance, Office & Management Support, or similar fields,
  • Extensive experience in a high-level executive support role, preferably within an international setting,
  • Tech-savvy proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, IT ticketing systems, and experience in managing travel and expense platforms,
  • A polished command of Dutch and English—both written and spoken,
  • A meticulous eye for detail, paired with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills,
  • A high degree of emotional intelligence, sensitivity to cultural nuances, and a commitment to inclusivity,
  • Ideally, you’re based in or near Amsterdam, with flexibility for hybrid work arrangements.
