As a Business Consultant, you are the important link between Accell IT and the international Finance organizations of Accell Group, with the goal of creating business value. Are you the bridge builder we’re looking for? Apply today!

What’s the job all about?

As a Business Consultant Finance, you’ll be a specialist in financial processes and the IT solutions that support them. This includes financial administration, tax reporting, asset management, budgeting, reporting, and auditing. You’ll act as a sparring partner for (senior) international stakeholders in finance, helping define roadmaps and priorities. Working within the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you’ll collaborate with Scrum teams to deliver solutions. You’ll also play a key role in standardizing and harmonizing our ERP landscape.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve? 

Key responsibilities include:

• Identifying user needs and finding opportunities to improve processes with IT solutions, such as ERP systems or related applications for invoice processing, claims, bank payments, cash management, and consolidation (CPM).
• Ensuring consistent IT solutions and process standards.
• Translating business needs into functional designs in collaboration with other experts.
• Advising international management on IT developments proactively.
• Visiting Accell sites to provide advice and training on the optimal use of IT systems.
• Facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing among various Accell organizations.
• Monitoring functional use of IT systems and organizing training to maintain knowledge levels.
• Managing complex, multidisciplinary changes as a project manager.
• Acting as a sparring partner for IT colleagues on finance-related topics.

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, IT, Business Administration, or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in finance and proven expertise with related IT applications.
• Strong analytical and process-oriented thinking skills.
• The ability to engage with senior international finance stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude, looking beyond the question to find the best solutions for underlying problems.
• Fluency in English, Dutch is nice to have, and a passion for working in an international environment.
• Knowledge of ERP systems.
• Familiarity with the Scaled Agile Framework is a plus.
