What’s the job all about?

As our HR Process & Data Specialist, you'll be at the heart of our dynamic, centralized HR team, taking charge of various HR initiatives. You’ll be focusing on Compensation & Benefits projects and leading efforts in the implementation and maintenance of our HR Systems—especially Workday. Reporting to the HR Manager Governance, Processes & Systems, you’ll work closely with both our global and local HR teams, shaping the future of HR operations at Accell Group.

What will your day-to-day responsibilities involve?

Here’s how you’ll contribute:

• Compensation & Benefits: You’ll manage and maintain Accell’s global job architecture, ensuring accuracy in compensation data and supporting various Compensation & Benefits projects.
• HR Systems (Workday): After the go-live phase, you’ll take charge of the Workday system maintenance, serving as a super user, conducting testing, and troubleshooting to keep things running smoothly.
• HR Data Analytics: You’ll play a key role in developing HR processes and delivering data-driven insights, contributing to informed decision-making across the organization.
• Collaboration & Process Optimization: You’ll work closely with both global and local HR teams to streamline and optimize HR processes, driving continuous improvement in HR operations.

Whether working from our offices in Amsterdam or Sennfeld, or remotely from home, you'll play a key role in the HR transformation at Accell Group.

Who are we looking for?

You’re a proactive, self-driven HR professional with a knack for Compensation & Benefits and/or HR Systems. You bring a strategic mindset, a detail-oriented approach, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Your strong communication skills enable you to build relationships with stakeholders across all levels, and you thrive when solving problems or bringing new initiatives to life.

Additionally, we look for someone who:

• Has first-hand experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Systems.
• Possesses strong analytical skills and an ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable working with complex datasets.
• Has a fluent command of English—other languages are a plus.
